Jom cuba Resepi Meal Shakes!

Antara favourite resipi yang penah saya cuba dengan Meal Shakes ni. Cara nya mudah je :) Uolls boleh cuba dirumah , kalau agak2 macam tak sempat je nak cuba resipi ni, boleh bancuh dengan air suam je. Tapi lagi sedap kalau kita pandai mix kan dengan buah-buahan segar.

1) ESP + MEAL SHAKES
Memandangkan bau Meal Shakes ni lagi sedap dari ESP, sebab tu boleh campurkan setengah sudu besar Meal Shakes dalam segelas ESP. 

2) MEAL SHAKES + REBINA
1/2 sudu besar Meal Shakes
Air Rebina
*boleh juga campurkan 1/2 sudu besar ESP.

3) MEAK SHAKES OREO
Fresh Milk
1/2 sudu Meal Shakes
Oreo (Buang cream)- hancurkan
*boleh juga campur aiscream kalau nak :)

4) MEAL SHAKES + AIR SUAM/AIR SEJUK

5) MEAL SHAKES + FRESH ORANGE

6) MEAL SHAKES + MILO

7) MEAL SHAKES + HORLICK

8) MEAL SHAKES + PD (Performance Drink)
*Boleh juga campurkan ESP sekali.

9) MEAL SHAKES + FRESH MILK

10) AISKRIM MEAL SHAKES
2 sudu Meal Shakes
1 sudu besar Milo
1 gelas Air Masak
*Boleh juga campur dengan Fresh Milk atau Formula Milk
*Shake-shake dan letak dalam acuan aiskrim. 

11) SMOOTHIES MEAL SHAKES
1-2 cawan fresh milk
1 sudu Meal Shakes
1 sudu ESP
Frozen Fruit (pisang/berries/Strawberry)
Ais
*Campur semua dalam blender, pastu blend :)

Tadaaaa....senangkan ?? SELAMAT MENCUBA!!
